01. Initial Consultation & Estimate
Every idea or plan begins with a simple conversation. Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom or basement, the initial meeting is where all the possibilities will be explored with the client without going into detail on exact material selections. The client can usually receive a rough estimate within 7 days of the meeting at the home. Not only are our estimates completely free, but our turnaround time is some of the fastest in the greater Cleveland Ohio interior remodeling industry.
02. Plan & Design
Once an agreement has been made between Tyger Remodeling and the client on a project estimate and budget, the next phase will include the planning and designing for the scope of the remodel work. Depending on the project scope and complexity, a professional designer may be necessary for certain projects. If a professional design is considered necessary, the client may choose to work with Tyger Remodeling’s designer or choose their own designer. Professional plans and design services that are provided by one of Tyger’s Designers will generally be at an additional cost on top of the initial estimate.
03. Contract & Permits
After the initial verbal agreements have been made and any necessary design work has been delegated by the homeowners, it’s then time to sign the agreement with Tyger Remodeling. Upon the signing of the agreement, Tyger Remodeling will pull any and all necessary permits for the construction project from the proper city. Depending on the city in Cleveland the renovation is being done in, the permit approval may sometimes take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks before getting the okay from the city.
04. Final Plan & Material Selection
Once the city has approved any required permits, it is then time to move on to the fun part of the home remodeling experience! This next step is the part of the remodel process where the final details are worked out and discussed with the homeowners before the renovation begins. This could include detailed material selections such as flooring, paint colors, vanity, cabinets, tiles, lighting, trim, and much more! If the homeowners have already chosen and purchased materials on their own, this step will be a breeze!
05. Remodel Work Begins
Next, the tools come out and the project finally begins! This can be a very exciting time for the homeowners as they get to see progress being made each and every day at their home. Throughout this stage of the kitchen, bathroom or general home remodel, Tyger Remodeling is not only focused on providing a high-quality remodeling service to the client, but also stresses the importance of consistent communication with the homeowners from start to finish. Tyger’s carpenters and foreman also ensure that the area of the home that is being renovated is left both clean and presentable to the owners after each workday.
06. Final Punch List & Completion
The major renovation work is now finally complete and all that’s left to do is enjoy your new bathroom, kitchen or general home remodel! But wait, we’re not completely ready to leave just yet… The project manager must first do a walkthrough with the homeowners to make sure there are no more outstanding tasks or work left for the carpenters to complete. If any touch-ups are needed or anything was forgotten by the workers, this would be the time to make a note of it so that we can make sure that it gets completed before our team leaves. Finally, it’s now time to completely enjoy your newly renovated space!
