The major renovation work is now finally complete and all that’s left to do is enjoy your new bathroom, kitchen or general home remodel! But wait, we’re not completely ready to leave just yet… The project manager must first do a walkthrough with the homeowners to make sure there are no more outstanding tasks or work left for the carpenters to complete. If any touch-ups are needed or anything was forgotten by the workers, this would be the time to make a note of it so that we can make sure that it gets completed before our team leaves. Finally, it’s now time to completely enjoy your newly renovated space!

Next, the tools come out and the project finally begins! This can be a very exciting time for the homeowners as they get to see progress being made each and every day at their home. Throughout this stage of the kitchen, bathroom or general home remodel, Tyger Remodeling is not only focused on providing a high-quality remodeling service to the client, but also stresses the importance of consistent communication with the homeowners from start to finish. Tyger’s carpenters and foreman also ensure that the area of the home that is being renovated is left both clean and presentable to the owners after each workday.

Once the city has approved any required permits, it is then time to move on to the fun part of the home remodeling experience! This next step is the part of the remodel process where the final details are worked out and discussed with the homeowners before the renovation begins. This could include detailed material selections such as flooring, paint colors, vanity, cabinets, tiles, lighting, trim, and much more! If the homeowners have already chosen and purchased materials on their own, this step will be a breeze!
